SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

When you buy food and hot drinks from the exhibitors at Eat Your Hert Out everything they are served in is biodegradable. All exhibitors will use <name of products> for serving.

<name of products> <info about product e.g. made from waste material from the sugarcane industry. If it wasn’t used to make these items, this waste product would otherwise go to landfill or be incinerated>

THE LEGAL BIT

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and remain the adults’ responsibility at all times. Children will be issued with a coloured wristband to indicate they are under 18 and will not be served alcohol at the event.

The organisers, sponsors, exhibitors, venue and volunteers at Eat Your Hert Out are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by any persons attending or participating in this event, including injury, loss or damage caused by the action, inaction or negligence of others.
